Hall Rentals for Events and Activities
in Lone Butte
At Lone Butte-Horse Lake Community Association, we provide hall rentals to our local residents in Lone Butte and Horse Lake. Lone Butte Hall can host indoor and outdoor events in picturesque Lone Butte, BC. The hall is ideal for intimate receptions, anniversaries, birthday parties, weddings, or celebration of life ceremonies. It is also very popular for teachings, seminars, meetings and presentations.
The facility has a large parking lot off Hwy 24 that accommodates all guests. We also offer a great stage area for bands or DJs and hardwood floors perfect for dancing. With a full kitchen facility, tables, chairs, and linens, the hall can hold up to 125 people comfortably.

Rental Rates
The following rental rates apply:

Non-profit and youth groups: no charge

Memorials or celebrations of life: $75 per day

Private rentals for short times:
$75 for a 3-hour minimum
$20/hour over 3 hours
$100 damage deposit

Full day non-alcohol events:
$250 rental
$200 damage deposit
4 hours day before or the day after - $100 per day (i.e., Friday 5-9-$100, Saturday all day $250, Sunday 8-12 $100)

Things to Know about Lone Butte Hall
Our amenities include:
Hall Capacity
125 people indoors. Casual rentals include the kitchen with everyday dishes for up to 40 people, including plates, soup bowls, cutlery, and coffee mugs. We also offer 27 8' tables and 125 padded chairs, as well as 100 wooden chairs for outdoor use. White linens are available to cover all extra tables.
Full Kitchen
Convection oven, commercial dishwasher, commercial coffee pot, crock pot, standard kitchen fridge.
Kitchen Amenities
Our kitchen is equipped with electric food warming chafing dishes (2), as well as 8 gel-fueled sets. We offer a large selection of utensils, soup and stock pots, serving bowls, large pasta bowls, coffee carafes, coffee urns (100 cups, 50 cups, and 30 cups), and two counter-top oven roasts that can hold up to 25 lb turkey. Additionally, we have miscellaneous preparation items available for use.
Table Settings
We offer table settings for up to 125 people, including matching plain white dinner plates and side plates, 5-piece cutlery sets, and coffee mugs.
Bathrooms
Our facility has a ladies' room with 2 stalls, a men's room with 1 stall, and a handicap-accessible single restroom with a baby changing table.
The Stage
Our facility features a raised stage that measures 25 x 25 feet.
Entrance and Boot Room
The facility has a spacious entrance and boot room for your convenience. The area is perfect for hanging coats or changing your shoes. Additionally, our double doors help to eliminate drafts on cold days.
Picnic Grounds
We have large picnic tables with concrete bases available on our grounds, perfect for outdoor gatherings and events.
Grass Arena
Our facility features a grass arena that measures 210 x 210 feet. We also offer livestock panels for rent, which are 10 feet in length. This space is ideal for livestock events and activities.
Extra Rental Options
In addition to our standard rental options, we also offer pop tents in sizes of 10 x 10, 12 x 12, and 10 x 30 feet for your convenience. We also provide livestock panels for rent, which are 10 feet in length.
Dry Camping
Dry camping on our grounds is allowed with permission and is offered at no charge.
Parking Lot
Our facility's parking lot offers easy access off Highway 24 and has plenty of parking available for large gatherings, with space for up to 50 vehicles.
